1. A 50% deposit of the total hunt price is required at the time of booking, and will be accepted to confirm and hold hunt dates.

2. Should a hunter be successful in obtaining 
a license through the Wyoming application system, the remaining 50% shall be due by July 1st of the fiscal year in which the hunter plans to hunt.

3. Cancellations will forfeit their 50% deposit unless a replacement hunter can be found.

4. Hunters who are unsuccessful in obtaining 
a license through Wyoming draw will receive a full refund, or may choose to have their deposit applied towards another hunt. Please make all payments to the following.
